Goole 2nd XV entertained Barton 1st XV in the Merit League and recorded a 22-12 win in a very competitive game on a very wet and heavy pitch. Goole’s tries came from Louis Sugden, Will Townend (2) on his welcome return from long term injury and Craig Hutton. Tom Franks added one conversion.
