Looking ahead to Saturday's game following our narrow defeat away top of the table Old Brodleians, and also Rochdale’s 59 point home demolition of Crossleyans, this has all the making of a very tight game. Rochdale are currently sitting in mid table with two home wins against Crossleyans 59 – 24 and Moortown, 36 - 15 and two narrow bonus point defeats away from home against Malton & Norton 18 – 15 and most recently an 18 – 11 defeat at Morley. With our next home game against high-flying local rivals Selby on the 21st Oct, it is important that we maintain the high standard of performance that we have seen in these first four opening games so let’s get behind the lads today and cheer them on.
