GMS Registration

GMS Registration

For information there are two separate online registration requirements for an age grade (child) player:

• GMS is a requirement from the RFU for all players to register to enable them to play in matches.

Goole RUFC (hosted by Pitchero) is the Club’s website and subscription database and where we manage our teams and weekly training and playing fees

Why is GMS registration important?

Registration ensures the RFU hold up to date contact details, medical information and permissions for every child. Unless a player is affiliated to the club, their RFU registration is 'inactive' and they will not be registered to play for Goole in fixtures. Parents/guardians are responsible for checking their data and affiliating their child(ren).

There are two options for affiliation, depending on your status at Goole RUFC:

1. Players who are already playing for Goole RUFC and have a GMS account, need to add and affiliate their child.

2. Parents who don’t play, will need to create an account and add their child(ren).

How to renew a players affiliation

If you have a child(ren) who already play for Goole RUFC please follow these instructions to renew affiliation and logging into your account on the RFU GMS website

Creating a new GMS account

If you are new to Goole RUFC you will need to create a GMS account for yourself and then add the player(s). Click here to follow the guidelines on how to do this and here to show you how to add children who play.
